This was my last and only trip out to the red rock country that is just west of Las Vegas. We didn't have that much time to play in the area due to a clutch problem. The last picture was taken on top of a very challenging hill that I noticed not a lot of the 4X4's would attempt to climb, you can see Las Vegas spread out in the valley below. If you would like to go where these pictures were taken and are familiar with Las Vegas simply take Lake Mead Blvd. west as far as it will go. You will cross the area where they are building the beltway. Keep going and start exploring. Lots of great trails that I have no idea where they go.
